Introductions:
The Semi-Automatic Auger Filling Machine is an extremely versatile machine that is perfect for filling non-free flowing, fluffy and sticky powders. The auger filler is perfect for filling materials like talcum powder, tooth powder, custard powder, ground spices and pesticide powders. Utilizing the principle of positive displacement, the semi-automatic dry powder auger filler is designed with a precise auger which displaces the product through a funnel. The machine is equipped with digital timer controls which determine the amount of product required through an electromagnetic clutch-brake unit. The amount of product that is to be filled can easily be adjusted by using the digital timer which can be set for filling times. The filling process takes place directly in the container/pouch from below the funnel. The containers or pouches can be manually placed under the funnel and the machine will do the rest. The machine is perfect for filling powders in a quick and efficient manner.
