Introduction
Our filling system is a unique combination of a bottles straight-feed system and a powder vertical-feed system. When an empty bottle reaches the filling station, it is halted by the indexing stop cylinder before the process begins. After a preset time delay, the filling starts automatically, and a predetermined number of pulses are delivered to release powder into the bottle. Once the powder has been released, the stop cylinder will retract, and the filled bottle will proceed to the next station. This process is highly efficient and ensures accurate and consistent measurements for each and every bottle.
