1 Umscramble Machine

The Round Can Unscramble Machine has an advanced system that combines a straight-feed mechanism for bottles and a vertical-feed system for powders. As soon as an empty bottle is detected at the filling station, it is immediately stopped by the gating system. After a specified time delay, filling will commence automatically. The powder is dispensed into the bottle through a preset pulse number before the gating system retracts and the filled bottle proceeds to the next station. This process ensures that filling is efficient and accurate.

2 Chain Conveyor

We have a belt length of 2000mm and a height of 1000mm. The main purpose of this equipment is to transfer cans from the Unscramble machine to the Can Turning machine. It plays a crucial role in the smooth flow of can production. With its efficient design and reliable performance, the belt ensures a seamless transition between the two machines, allowing for maximum productivity and minimal downtime.
