 1 Ribbon Mixer

A Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is composed of a mixing vessel shaped like a U and is equipped with a drive system and a ribbon agitator. The mixing process is achieved through the use of an inner and outer double helical ribbon agitator. The outer ribbon directs the materials towards the center of the chamber while the inner ribbon moves the materials in the opposite direction, resulting in radial and lateral movement. The resulting mixture is then discharged through the center discharge valve. This versatile blending machine is ideal for homogeneously mixing dry granules and powders in a gentle manner. The Ribbon Blender is particularly useful for food materials mixing.

The Feature

The welding and polishing of Tank 2 has been completed, ensuring that there are no dead ends in the tank. The tank is now full and ready for use.

The mixing time per batch is approximately 10-15 minutes, allowing for a maximum of 4 batches to be completed within an hour. It is important to note that each batch requires a consistent time frame for proper mixing.

This particular machine is capable of blending powder and granule of varying rates together. It offers a reliable method for creating a perfect blend every time.

When in use, the machine has the capability to spray a liquid into the granules and may also include the option to spray into powder. It operates seamlessly during production to enhance the quality of the product.

1. The Machine comes with a safety gate at the top to prevent items from falling.
2. An optional weighing checking system is available to ensure accuracy.
