 1 Ribbon Mixer

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is a type of mixing equipment that is designed with a U-shaped vessel and a ribbon agitator system. The mixing process is achieved by the combination of the inner and outer double helical ribbon agitator that moves materials in opposite directions, creating radial and lateral movement within the mixer. The outer ribbon pushes the materials towards the center, while the inner ribbon pulls the materials in the opposite direction, resulting in a homogenous blending of dry granules and powders. The materials are finally discharged through the center discharge valve.
This type of mixer is highly versatile and efficient for gentle mixing of various materials, especially for food material blending. The Feature

The full welding and polishing of Tank 2 were completed without any dead ends. The process ensured a seamless finish and eliminated any potential issues.

The mixing time per batch ranges from 10 to 15 minutes. During one hour, it is possible to complete 3 to 4 batches of mixing.

The mixing machine has the capability to combine various types of powder and granule with different rates.

While the machine is in operation, it is capable of dispensing liquid onto granules and optionally, powders. To produce similar content, the original text information must be rearranged in a meaningful manner.

On top of the machine, there is a safety gate to prevent the falling of other items. Additionally, there is an optional weighing checking system.
