1 Umscramble Machine

This machine utilizes a straight-feed system for bottles, as well as a powder vertical-feed system. As soon as an empty bottle reaches the filling station, it is halted by the indexing stop cylinder, which serves as a gating system. After a predetermined time delay, the filling process is initiated automatically. Once the preset number of pulses is reached, the powder is dispensed into the bottles. Once this process is finished, the stop cylinder is retracted, and the filled bottles continue to the next station.

2 Chain Conveyor
