1 Umscramble Machine

This machine is equipped with a straight-feed system for bottles and a vertical-feed system for powder. When an empty bottle arrives at the filling station, it will come to a stop due to the gating system, which is the indexing stop cylinder. After a preset delay time, filling will start automatically. Once the preset pulse number is reached, the powder is released into the bottles, after which the stop cylinder will draw back and the filled bottle will move on to the next station. Here, the machine functions to efficiently fill round cans with powder using a combination of systems.

2 Chain Conveyor

This conveyor belt has a length of 2000mm and a height of 1000mm. Its main function is to transfer cans between the Unscramble Machine and the Can Turning Machine.
