1 Umscramble Machine

Introducing the Round Can Unscramble Machine with an innovative design that features a combination of a straight-feed system for bottles and a vertical-feed system for powder. This machine is equipped with an indexing stop cylinder or gating system that halts the empty bottles at the filling station. After a preset delay, the filling process begins automatically, with a preset number of pulses released to the bottles. Once the powder has been dispensed, the stop cylinder withdraws, and the filled bottle is moved to the next station. Thanks to its advanced features, this machine delivers exceptional performance and reliability.

2 Chain Conveyor

The Transfer Belt has a length of 2000mm and a height of 1000mm. Its main function is to facilitate the transportation of cans from the Unscramble machine to the Can Turning machine. This efficient mechanism ensures the smooth transfer of cans, optimizing the production process.

3 Can Turning machine

This machine is capable of processing 20 to 50 cans per minute and requires 1.65KW of power to operate. The machine is compact, measuring 1800mm in length, 540mm in width, and 1173mm in height.
